- We only use Swiss meat (Feiland or Bio)
- The organic dairy cheese is produced on the Alpe Gletsch – Valley of Goms
- The bakery Simeon from Reckingen has been using natural, high quality ingredients for generations and working with traditional, forgotten baking methods
- As far as possible, we use seasonal vegetables and mushrooms from the
